Red Mizuna: Unique mustard green of Japanese origin. Produces dozens of pencil thin white stalks with deeply cut, fringed leaves and a mild flavor. 40 days

Komatsuna: Japanese greens, rounded green stems and dark green, rounded leaves. 21/35 days

Red Mustard: Green leaves with red viens and a spicy flavor. 16/25 days

Tatsoi: Forms a compact, thick rosette. Mild flavor for salads, stir-fries, etc. 21/45 days
